Your main tasks will be:
- Collecting information on the functional, organizational and management needs from the client
- Analyzing clients’ work environment
- Advise the customer, based on the collected information, on how to improve his workplace
- Translate the customers’ needs into a new, better, productive workspace
- 1 or 2 years of experience in the consulting, change or HR sector
- Studies: interior design, labor psychology, business management
- Language skills: Dutch + French + English
- Ability to work in a consultancy environment, with a strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, ability to work independently and show initiative
- Innovative thinker with the ability to communicate ideas clearly (visually and verbally)
- Demonstrate evidence of report writing skills
- The ability to successfully manage time to meet project deadlines, as well as a strong work ethic
- The ability to be able to work under close direction from senior colleagues as a key member of a multi-disciplinary team
