WHAT DOES A PROJECT LEADER DO?
As Project Leader you ensure good execution of all projects. Together with the Sales departments you define and fix the scope of the customer. You listen closely to the needs of the customer and you ensure the best possible solution for his needs. With the internal engineering departments you design and complete the installation, keeping in mind legal obligations, AL standards and quality and best practices. You take the lead to realise the installation at the customers site and you manage and coordinate the technical teams on site during this process. Afterwards you remain available for feedback, follow up and improvements.
Scope and direct report: Your focus is mainly the Antwerp region, but you will work throughout Belgium, reporting to the Customer Installation Manager Center.
You can become a Project Leader with a Bachelor or Master in Engineering or a technical field. Experience in an industrial environment is a plus.
- Communication Ability to transfer information to different stakeholders
- Analytical Ability to understand customer needs and design correspondent installations
- Budget control Controlling and working within the project’s budget
- Organisation Taking on own workload in a clear and structured manner
- Priorities Defining most urgent matters and addressing them accordingly
- Languages Fluent in Dutch and English, French is plus.
