Construction Site Supervisor

• Individually or as part of a project team responsible for assisting in coordinating new construction and rebuild projects through in-house and contract labor
• Prepare and review reports and job manpower forecasts, summary of construction progress,…
• Implement corporate/project policies, procedures and instructions within assigned operations
• monitor the activities of subcontractors to ensure compliance with specification and construction procedures
• Work with resident and contractor design engineering personnel to coordinate implementation activities and keep project mgmt informed on project status
• Anticipate potential problem areas, analyzes, and recommends solutions or corrective actions
• Prepare and review schedules, construction methods and procedures as assigned

• Project and people management skills with thorough knowledge of construction
• Aware of management policies and sensitive to workers’ attitudes toward these policies
• Perform his/her work in a cGMP consistent manner
• Experience in the Pharmaceutical industry
• ICT Skills (software, operating systems, hardware, etc.)
• SAP
• MS Office
• Language Proficiency Requirements
• English & French
