Project Manager – FMCG – Southern Antwerp

As a Project Manager you have the following responsibilities:

• You coordinate all New Products & Innovations projects (both small and large projects simultaneously)
• You monitor and follow up the whole New Products & Innovations portfolio
• You develop and manage the resources for New Products & Innovations
• You develop, search and suggest improvement in the New Products & Innovations process
• You prepare the decision-making in respect with all deadlines and requirements
• You create reporting’s on the progress of New Products & Innovations projects
• You measure KPI’s for every project
• You set-up the analysis post launch
• You monitor the quality of all New Products & Innovations launches

The ideal Project Manager:

• You have between 2 and 4 years of experience in Project Management
• You have an excellent level of Dutch & English, an intermediary level of French is required
• You have a Degree in Economics, Project Management, Marketing or equivalent
• Retro planning and multitasking are your strong suits
• You have managed stakeholders before
• You are result-oriented and well-organised
• You can take decisions
• You are a team player and a good listener that can find compromises
• You have a strong communication and are solution oriented
