QC Laboratory Leader

For one of our clients in the regio of Landen, we are looking for a CQ Laboratory Lead. As QC Laboratory Lead, your responsibilities will be:

• Routine supervision of analytical testing activities pertaining to the products
• Developing SOPs, testing protocols, analytical methods and specifications, and method qualifications protocols.
• Coordinateing the stability program.
• Providing cGMP and safety training to the laboratory staff.
• Preparing audits
• Ensures laboratory equipment is qualified, maintained and calibrated according to company policies and procedures.
• Reviews and verifies analytical data and reports ensuring accuracy and consistency of testing results.
• Conducts scientifically sound root cause analysis and identifies corrections that address the true root cause.

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry.
• 5+ years of Quality Control experience in a pharmaceutical environment (in a supervising role)
• Extensive knowledge of cGMP regulations
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills
• Technical Capability
• Communication Proficiency
• Organizational and presentation skills
• Fluency in English and Dutch. French is an asset.
