You are responsible for the whole process of search and selection of candidates for the European headquarters.
In this role, you:
- identify a new vacancy and clarify the role with the hiring manager. You coordinate the necessary approval flow.
- Coordinate the selection process: you write proper vacancy texts, decide upon recruitment channels, place advertisements, chose possible partners in line with the company procedures.
- interview candidates and provide feedback reports to the hiring manager(s). You organise the whole interview flow.
- Advise upon candidate tests, assessments if necessary.
- Coordinate the hiring process (approvals, contract negotiation, contract administration)
- Participate in recruitment campaigns (job fairs, campus recruitment, …)
- Evaluate recruitment partners, agencies… in order to select the best partners for the company

- You are sociable, and comfortable to work with all levels in the organisation
- You have good networking skills
- You have no 9 to 5 mentality
SKILLS
- You have a bachelor »s degree and minimum 3y proven work experience as a Recruiter in an organisation or headhunting agency
- You have experience with candidate search in an international context
- You have knowledge of search tools and experience in recruiting with social media.
- You speak fluent Dutch and English. Knowledge of French and German is definitely an asset.
- You have good knowledge of Excel, Word.
