The Group searches for Brussels a Contract Manager IT (m/f) :
Supplier relationship :
* Manage relations with Total’s internal IT division (TGITS) concerning IT (servers, workstations, connections…)
* Represent and engage Refining & Chemicals (RC) in TGITS’s governance committees & work-groups with TGITS
* Control quality of service through analysis and consolidation of indicators; Provide feedback on their performance based on input from users
* Manage escalation process for IT
* Evaluate and discuss TGITS service offers and together with other Branches verify their pertinence for RC business needs and invoicing model
* Challenge TGITS on IT solutions that are proposed to branches
* Report and analyze performance through quality dashboards

* Ensure cost & invoice model reflects reality & levers for optimization are well identified and shared with Business
* Challenge TGITS on proposed solutions & associated costs in the area of IT
* Participate in construction of Budget & follow up of IT costs
Assist internal Information System Division department customer in elaboration of IT specifications
Budget
* Prepare & follow the budget in close relation with the Information System Division department
Management Experience :
* University degree
* Management experience (+5 years)
* A deep knowledge of RC teams/third party provider working methods
* Technical operational knowledge on IT (servers, datacenters, communication, workstations…)
