As a Medical expert, your role is to provide scientific support to the Medical Affairs and Sales & Marketing departments in order to support the development of your company’s portfolio.
Your main tasks are:
– Maintain a high level of knowledge in therapeutic areas of your products by monitoring the scientific literature, participating to conferences and through contacts with experts in the field.
– Answer scientific and medical requests
– Analyse data from in-vitro studies & clinical studies and then write reports
– Train your sales colleagues and participate in marketing actions (development of promotional materials)
– Take part in congresses, symposia and other relevant meetings
– Create & maintain a HCP network
You have a master degree in life-sciences (PHD is considered an asset).
You have knowledge in antimicrobial chemotherapy, vascular surgery or gastroenterology
You make contact easily and are willing to create a network regarding you area of expertise
You are keen to read scientific article and synthesize
You speak fluently English and you have a strong level in French and Dutch as you will have to discuss with scientists speaking those languages
You are willing to travel up to 30%
