Description
For a maternity leave replacement, we are looking for an HR specialist for a 5-month temporary replacement. You will be responsible for the smooth organisation of the HR administration as well as the entire recruitment process.
Responsibilities
In this role you will report to the HR Manager and have the following responsibilities:
· Manage recruitments from A to Z, i.e. intake with line manager, draft job descriptions, searching and screening of CV’s and interviewing candidates
· Act as single point of contact with recruitment agencies when necessary
· Ensure smooth onboarding and follow-up of new hires
· Manage HR administration (Update SAP HR, handle leave requests, insurances follow-up, assist in monthly payroll preparation, …)
· Organize trainings to support and develop employees
· Manage internal communication (monthly HR news, ad hoc subjects)
· Bachelor/master’s degree
· First experience in recruitment is an asset
· General knowledge of employment law and practices is a plus
· Strong communication skills in Dutch & English
· Good knowledge of MS Office
· You possess strong organizational and time management skills
· You possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
· You possess a high degree of integrity and confidentiality
· You are hands on and solution minded
· You are a team player with strong work ethics
· You are not afraid not take initiative
