- You are fully responsible for one of the three product divisions.
- You define the product strategy, based on external and internal parameters and you keep track of your product line’s place within the Group’s global product offer.
- Together with your team, you ensure your division’s international growth and you have full responsibility for the introduction of new products and corresponding roadmaps, as well as for sourcing decisions (OEM partners or own design).
- You keep a close eye on the European market – considering competitors’ moves and consumer needs – and act accordingly.
- You are based in Belgium or Denmark and report to the Group’s Vice President Marketing and Product Manager.
- You obtained a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or gained equivalent experience.
- You have +5 years experience in a product management role, including team management.
- You are experienced in all relevant processes: product development, marketing and sales.
- Your apprehension of the European market and interest for consumer needs inspire your sense of initiative.
- You are autonomous and proactive and you communicate clearly and transparently towards all levels of the organisation.
- Above all, you are a team player and capable of motivating internal stakeholders (R&D, Marketing, Sales, …). You initiate collaboration and you do not feel restrained by divisional boundaries. You have a similar impact on external stakeholders (e.g. suppliers).
- You have a passion for innovation and for the latest developments in electrical installations and home automation. Therefore, you are able to foresee technical challenges and you understand which commercial skills and activities are needed to tackle them.
- A Belgian market leader, growing fast on a European and global level. Innovation and « state-of-the-art » technology are daily topics.
- Communication with all key functions within the organisation: CEO, VPs, R&D, Marketing & Business Development.
