Study Nurse

• Follow-up of the healthy volunteer and patient in clinical trials
• Assuring that all study procedures are carried out properly following ICH-GCP, scientific, medical, and ethical principles, within regulatory requirements/guidelines, and standard operating procedures
• ?Perform highly specialized nursing assignments such as collection and processing of human specimens and laboratory samples, vital signs and other physiological testing and measurements, cardiac monitoring and emergency interventions, collection and documentation of electronic and written data, recording study data, maintaining source documentation, updating volunteer database specific to study participation
  ???????Perform logistic tasks (e.g. sending blood samples to laboratories, handle medication supplies)
• Organizing and managing all clinical activities from screening to unit admission, ambulatory and follow up phases of a specific study (level 2)
• Managing the performance of team members through goal setting, ongoing assessment and coaching
• Responsibility for on-boarding and training of new Work Team members
• Identifying and implementing improvements to existing work processes
• Implementing new or unique clinical research programs, utilizing advanced assessment skills for the study activities including assessment of physiologic response to drug administration, administration of variable formulations of study medications including but not limited to delivery by oral, IV, IM, transdermal, and pulmonary routes
• Train the others team leaders 

• Nurse Bachelor
• Experience as Nurse (preferably in Clinical environment)
• People Management experience is a must
• Very good level of French and good level of English
• Willingness to work in shifts
