Intranet communication & development

• you collect information from IT Management team members

• you compile this information and propose templates based on the intranet pages to display

• you publish the pages after validation of the IT Management Team

• you propose and implement a procedure to manage the « static » and « dynamic » pages

• you define a publication validation model and publication frequencies

• You have a good knowledge of Dutch, French and English as you will be working in the three languages on a daily basis

• You have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Sharepoint

• You are sociable and a team-player

• You are well-organized

• You enjoy everything around communication and development of an intranet site
