Customer Quality Coordinator

  • Responsible for the follow up of customer quality related requirements within the Oreye plant in order to maintain and increase customer satisfaction.
  • Identify, follow up and resolve customer quality issues with the help of the internal departments: production, warehousing, supply chain,…
  • Complete vendor approval documents in order to obtain customer approval for supply.
  • Update the customer requirements database
  • Support and assist customer visits and customer quality audits
  • Participate in quality tasks such as: internal audits, HACCP committee, KPI data collection and follow up, CAPA follow up, training activities in order to support the maintenance of the harmonized food safety management system,…
  • Stay continuously informed on the internal quality and food safety procedures and practices
  • Communicate quality and food safety trends
  • Report to the Customer Relationship Officer
  • A higher education in applied sciences (Biochemistry, food technology, chemistry,…)
  • Experience in a quality function in a production environment
  • Knowledge of GFSI food safety management systems is an advantage
  • English and French spoken and written
