Accounting Manager – Human-size office, international network

Accounting Manager – Your tasks :

• You supervise a team of around 15 junior and senior accountants
• You verify the quality of their work: you review with them the most technically complex cases and provide them with extra information if necessary;
• You directly answer your clients’ questions.
• You are a key player in the training of your team.
• You elaborate tailor-made tax optimisation strategies for your clients

Accounting Manager – Your Profile :

• You have at least obtained Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, a master’s degree would be an asset;
• You have at least 5 years of experience in a fiduciary
• You speak English and at least a national language (Dutch and/or French);
• You are a result-driven and ambitious person.

Accounting Manager – The offer:

• Your salary can raise up to 45EUR/hour (self-employed) or an equivalent amount under an employee status.
