- Application for various insurance covers
- Keeping various data lists up to date
- Contacts with P&I Clubs and brokers
- Follow up and coordination of the invoices from the P&I Clubs
- Legal assistance in Sale & Purchase of the vessels
- Assistance in daily activities of the legal department
- Hold at least a bachelor in maritime law/Logistic Management/Maritime Insurance or equivalent by experience
- Have maritime law background or work experience in shipping branch of at least 2 years; have sufficient knowledge in the shipping business
- Be ready to work under time constraints, handle multiple tasks and meet the deadlines
- Be able to work both independently and within a multinational team, cooperate with operations, chartering and financial departments
- Be able to deliver well-structured work
- Write and speak English fluently
- Have basic computer skills (MS Office: Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Make priorities and react very fast to find the right and correct decisions
