As a Sales & Marketing officer, you will support all activities related to our marketing plan and help the commercial team by delivering administrative and operational support where needed.
- Event Management: From A to Z (location, invitation, publication, catering, follow up during the event, contact with the suppliers, etc.)
- Management of the website and social media accounts: Content management, video editing, etc.
- Management of the marketing process as well as the CRM database
- Internal and external communication (press releases, etc.) and creation of marketing material (branded templates, info graphics, banners, corporate gifts, etc.)
- Media monitoring.
Who are we looking for?
- Bachelor or Master preferably in Marketing, Communication, or any related field.
- Dutch native speaker with excellent level of English and very good level of French.
- At least 1 year of experience supporting marketing or business development
- Experience in a consultancy company is very much appreciated.
- Interested and/or willing to learn more about the Data and Digital market place
- Expertise with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) and CRM tool.
- Expertise in Adobe InDesign and experience of campaign marketing suites (Adobe Campaign) are a plus
- Be creative, autonomous, open minded, organised, and flexible.
