Junior Community Assistant

As part of our Digital Team and reporting into our Social Media Manager (Scope Europe), the Community expert (Scope Europe) will be a critical team player, responsible for day-to-day management of the social channels:

  • Schedule content across our Social Media channels (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Youtube, Pinterest)
  • Coordinate the Social Media editorial plan with special attention to Local activities and events
  • Coordinate with Creative, Quality and other teams to ensure a perfect execution
  • Help to increase the engagement of our social media audiences on a daily basis
  • Help maintain relationships with key influencers.
  • Supervise the development of engaging text, image and video content for social media accounts.
  • Align with the brand’s established TOV/personality, and serve as the voice in both engagement and content
  • Translate our consumer’s problems and opportunities into concrete product requirements.
  • With your analytical mindset, you will be in charge of the Reporting & conduct business analysis of our digital activities
  • Collaborate closely with our Customer Service to improve the Social Media care process

I’m looking for a junior candidate with:

  • Bachelor or Master Degree in Marketing, Digital and/or International Business (or in the final year of his/her studies)
  • No experience is needed but internships are a plus.
  • Digital experience is a must
  • Fluent in English, any other European languages is an asset
  • Working hours shared between office and our Contact Center (Driving license is required)
  • Strong sense of responsibility and autonomy
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Excellent knowledge of Social Media
