Digital Business Product / Analyst.

As a Digital Business Analyst (Scope Europe), your main activities will be:

• Working together with the digital manager and growth hacker to support the digital growth with technical solutions

• Improve Business Analysis and documentation of our requirements towards our development team

• Understand, document and prioritize high level business requirements in a way that is suitable to be taken through an agile process of delivery

• Create and agree detailed business case documentation that shows how a project will benefit in terms of its ROI

• Own and represent the digital business requirements across the organization.

• Informing of potential impact of requested changes

• Work with Agile Delivery Managers and Project Managers to plan analysis work and highlight risks and issues

• Working with the technical lead, technical architect, QA tester and development team throughout the lifecycle of each initiative, ensuring that requirements are delivered at all required stages

• Supporting the team’s agile ‘ceremonies’ and sprint ways of working, and also creating features, user stories and acceptance criteria

• Support the testing phases by reviewing test cases and supporting the QA tester

• Provide end user communications, so affected users understand changes to the business

Who I’m looking for:

• Master Degree in Marketing , Digital, Engineering and/or International Business

• Digital experience is a must

• 3 to 5 years of Experiences

• Excellent level of English

• Experience working as a Senior Business Analyst, with ecommerce and/or retail environment experience, or exposure to enterprise scale search and categorization projects

• Experience managing Technology and Business stakeholders

• Business process modelling and management skills (preferably BPMN)

• Consumer-oriented mindset

• Experience in development and implementation of concepts
