The main responsibilities of the candidate will be the following:
– Definition of the strategy of the digital business (price, target, product, distribution channels, communication, geographical expansion)
– Elaborate strategic partnerships (IT partners, media agencies, press …)
– Design the technology strategy with high collaboration with internal IT department
– Audit the situation and define an action plan to extend the existing online offer (develop competitive website, content management, mobile application)
– Act as a Business Manager: manage the providers, define the customer journey, elaborate the business plan, liaise with all actors within the bank)
– Managing the budget, the reporting and the presentation of results directly to the CEO
The candidate should demonstrate:
– Master in Economics, Business administration and alike
– At least 8 years’ experience in Digital / Online business B2C
– A previous experience in Retail Banking would be appreciated
– You are passionate about new technology
– Project Management approached is a plus, with a high sense of Business and a strong focus on results
– Excellent Writing and Communication skills in English and French or Dutch
– You are dynamic, with an entrepreneurial approach and able to manage different projects
– Able to work autonomously, with an analytical mindset, and a project management orientation with a 2.0 approach
