Transformation & Organizational Change Management Consultant

Our People & Change team focuses on assisting our clients pursuing a valuable organizational transformation program and improving performance with a strategically aligned design. The aim is to help our clients within various sectors (public sector, banking, chemicals, real estate..) maximizing benefits and minimizing risks of sustainable change.

As a Transformation & Change Management Consultant, your responsibilities include:

  • Executing organizational design projects, such as: organizational transformation programs, organizational restructuring and workforce planning;
  • Conducting Change management analyses, followed by an elaborated Change strategy;
  • Designing and implementing future service delivery models in the necessary processes, policies and tools;
  • Managing stakeholders by ensuring a qualitative communication strategy;
  • Facilitating workshops and client sessions and preparing the necessary coaching.
  • A Master degree;
  • 4 years of working experience in an advisory/consultancy role with a focus on; transformations and/or organizational Change Management;
  • Good networking skills and proven project experience in by preference large corporate and/or public sector clients;
  • Fluent communication and facilitation skills in Dutch or French and advanced level in English;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills;
  • A Change management mindset.
