User Experience (UX) Manager

  • You are manager of the UX team. You ensure your team can thrive and mature. You will lead a team of Digital Product Owners and UX Specialists.
  • You shape the companies’ digital strategy into a correct planning and prioritization where you take business impact, user value and digital ecosystem/strategy alignment into account
  • You define and optimize the process for digital product portfolio management where a strong emphasis on user centricity is maintained
  • You bring the perspective of the user to the business. You know what success looks like for the user and can infuse it in the business
  • You evangelize a user centricity mindset in the company
  • You solve the most urgent user pain points and needs while moving the experience fit for the future
  • The UX team owns the expertise about user experience. They advise about what works and what won’t with regard to aligning the user and business needs
  • You oversee the digital needs for all sales events such as promotions, campaigns, user platforms, etc.
  • You ensure efficient planning and boost efficiency within the teams
  • You build excellent relations with global partners in the US and other key departments like IT, Product marketing and sales
  • You implement change management (website improvements, LEAN processes, etc.)
  • You continuously look for innovation and potential ways to implement them

 

  • Min 5 years in a similar role. Experience with the direct selling industry, e-commerce and/or the cosmetics industry are considered a plus.
  • Bachelor within Marketing or IT, preferably with a strong digital link
  • Experience as a people manager is an absolute must
  • Experience with agile/scrum methodology
  • Excellent English skills
  • User-driven. You can easily identify yourself with a user
  • Excellent organization and coordination skills
  • Strong people management and coaching skills
  • Strong communication and influential skills
  • Driven by innovation and constantly strive for improvements on a daily basis
  • Good understanding of the digital landscape in EMEA. You are familiar with the latest e-commerce trends
  • Willing to work in an international environment and maintain an uplifting work atmosphere
  • Willing to travel on a regular basis
