Work closely with the key associates, the Support Team, and other teams within the Company for developing their business and to stimulate further growth of the Benelux markets. Your challenge is to play a crucial role on their way to success and support them in their personal development.
The individual tasks are versatile and challenging:
Work closely together with the associates to help developing their business.
This includes e.g. business evaluation, coaching, providing training on specific (new) subjects.
Build relationship with the key accounts while being their trustworthy first point of contact.
Learn and understand all aspects of the business and processes to act as a specialist in those area’s
Support rollout to the field of newly developed local or EMEA-wide concepts and strategies.
Support Marketing Team at conferences and meetings when necessary
Dutch Mother Tongue
Fluent in English and French
A minimum of 1-3 years of experience working, preferably in a key account management role.
A genuine interest in healthy living, nutrition and lifestyle
Ability to work independently with a sense of responsibility and an awareness of quality, but also
Team player & able to use initiative as required.
Strong analytical but also commercial approach with attention to detail.
Strong verbal & written communication skills and empathetic abilities to communicate effectively & appropriately both internally and with the associates.
Enjoy working with others in an international team
Develop and learn new skills
Flexible & adaptable with ‘can-do’ attitude & pro-active & creative approach to problem solving
Responsible and always driven to get the best results
