Personal Assistant to the CEO

As Personal Assistant(e) of the CEO you will be responsible for :

– Administrative tasks related to all the international projects,

– Office support,

– Calendar management, organising meetings,

– Day to day activities of the CEO in an international environment,

– Following each project.

The successful candidate will be/have :

– Excellent communication skills in Dutch, French and English,

– Very good writing skills in Dutch, French, English,

– Strong organisation skills and time management,

– The ability to organise and coordinate multiple projects and manage the workload,

– Flexibility is really important, to be proactive and to anticipate,

– Someone that we can trust and you have an open mind.

The company offers a temporary to permanent contract in an International environment.
