Head of Marketing

You will specifically focus on driving the business development and marketing agenda for the firm, achieving further operational efficiencies across the marketing team and acting as a strategic marketing advisor to the leadership across the business, to support the implementation of the firm-wide strategy.

You will be responsible for brand marketing in Belgium and Luxembourg, and will take strategic and operational day-to-day responsibility for the development and implementation of the marketing and brand strategy for these markets.

You will foster teamwork, common goals and best practice consistency of approach for the local marketing team, as well as leveraging the resources of the EMEA corporate marketing team.

Education:

• Master’s degree in Marketing or any other relevant field

• 10 – 15 years of relevant experience in a corporate, preferably matrix structure and ideally in professional services

Targeted Competencies

• Experience with managing global or regional key account programmes and key accounts

• Proven ability in managing and motivating teams and undertaking operational reviews

• Experience in managing major projects and cross functional teams

• Experience developing thought leadership and business development initiatives

• A proven track record in all aspects of client support and development including innovative relationship management and business development support

• Practical skills in brand and reputation management, collateral production, as well as performance metrics/ROI
