Marketing Assistant

As a junior product Manager :

• Raise marketing purchase orders and manage the administration flow of marketing costs
• Control marketing purchase orders and invoices match
• Deal with Account Dept to solve issues related to marketing costs administration process
• Monitor reference budget
• Manage customer care service
• Support the Product Manager in the implementation of product and communication plans
• Support the Product Manager in implementation of operational marketing activities
• Deal with reference suppliers for the implementation of operational marketing activities
• Support the Product Manager in managing relationship with stakeholders
• Promote a safety-bound corporate culture

• You have an excellent level of Dutch and you are fluent in French or English
• You have a bachelor or a master degree in Marketing or administration
• You have analytical skills
• You mastery Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel
• You have financial understanding
• You love helping others
• You are a team-worker
