As an Internal Communication Coordinator you will:
-
Advise and support teams in developing and implementing their communication plan
- Write, edit and publish internal communications (newsletter, infographics, information screens, videos)
- Write communications in both French & Dutch
- Coordinate translation and proofreading of the communication material
- Organize and coordinate internal events such as the end of year party
- Set up new communication tools (newsletters, video content, e-learning)
- Support in the design and creation of a new digital workplace
- Monitor the internal communication budget
As an Internal Communication Coordinator you:
- Have an excellent level of Dutch & French
- Have 3 to 5 years of experience in the field of internal communication
- Have strong writing and communication skills
- Have strong organization skills, you coordinate projects and planning’s within time and budget
- Have an innovative spirit, affinity with digital communication and collaboration tools
- Have knowledge of editing tools (PowerPoint, Photoshop …) and editing videos
- Dare to take initiative and strive for improvement
- Are a team player and work in an effective way on all levels with both internal and external partners
