To manage this constant change and to cope with our challenges, we are looking forward to hiring an SENIOR TECHNICAL DESIGNER with relevant experience in DIGITAL APPLICATIONS.
Our ideal candidate is familiar with front-end applications (e-commerce websites, loyalty programs, temporary themed websites, …) as well as with back-end applications (shopping lists, shopping baskets, related databases, …).
The responsibilities of Digital Technical Analyst at Carrefour include the following ones, but may slightly vary depending on your level of seniority and the extra value you can add:
· Support digital applications from a technical point of view.
· Suggest cost effective technical solutions in collaboration with the various parties involved.
· Interact with the project leaders, product owners, IT architects and the senior IT technical designers.
· Gather, document and validate technical specifications.
· To be involved at technical ongoing support.
· Document technical solutions and maintain the knowledge base, in close collaboration with the business analyst(s).
- You hold a master’s degree in economics or science, with option IT.
· Experience with development and/or architecture of e-commerce platforms is mandatory for this position. (Implementation/integration of e-commerce websites, payment gateways, integrations of third party software, … .)
· You have 2 to 10 years of relevant work experience.
· You’re fluent in Dutch and English or in French and English.
· You are customer oriented, with excellent communication skills, capable to defend your ideas, but open to listen to others as well.
· You’re able to manage huge workloads and you’re flexible to deal with (occasional) incidents outside of office hours.
· You’re eager to learn and you have a huge appetite for innovative technologies and changing trends in the market.
· You have a positive and accountable mindset.
· You value the true meaning of team objectives.
