Compensation & Benefits Specialist

Your mission
* the Comp & Ben Specialist works in the HR Department of the ENGIE Fabricom entities
* the activities will be to ensure the implementation and roll-out of C&B market competitiveness measures and right C&B solutions in alignment with company guidelines, local legislation and regulations applicable to the sector
* develop, manage and ensure an optimal processing of C&B programs such as annual salary review, variable compensation, grading, flexible benefits plan etc
* analyze costs and competitive trends in cash compensation programs and give recommendations
* participate in Belgian salary surveys and the Benchmarking reports
* assist in designing policies, process and communication kits to enhance the processing and Management’s/Employee’s understanding of C&B programs
* prepare reporting to different stakeholders (Compliance, Remuneration Committee, Management Board, HR leadership Team,…)
* coordinate the Performance Shares, Bonus deferral, Warrant and Flexible benefits programs
* provide guidance to Business Management and HR Business Partners on C&B best practices, Job offers and International Mobility
* act as point of contact for Shared Service Center (Payroll, Syner-Expat, Accounting)
* participate in C&B projects (e.g. remuneration policy, flexible benefit plan, IS tool, Intl developments, etc.) and other HR missions

* you have a master degree (HR, Economics, Legal)
* you have min. 3 – 5 years relevant experience in a Compensation & Benefits function
* you have a good knowledge of:
* Belgian social legislation
* advanced Compensation expertise (Grading, Benchmarking,…)
* good Benefits expertise (Pension, Medicals, Perquisites,…)
* project Management

* you have knowledge of C&B practice
* your dispose of strong analytical skills
* you have a pragmatic approach, you are solution oriented
* you are able to work in a complex and demanding environment
* you are proactive and an autonomous worker
* you dispose of good communication skills
* you are fluent in Dutch & French, and you have a good knowledge of English
