Administrator in Zaventem

Your Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Database management: updating when new products are launched;
  • Customer service: from creating up to invoicing;
  • Create and provide reports for service administration;
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure data integrity;
  • Assist in solving problems as they relate to service data administration;
  • Work on ad hoc related projects as needed.

Your Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent through experience;
  • Profound experience with service contracts;
  • Strong administrative skills with ability to draft reports;
  • Ability to interpret contract documents;
  • Fluent English, Dutch and French (Spanish or Italian is a plus);
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills;
  • Deadline oriented;
  • Excellent attention to detail;
  • Microsoft Office: PowerPoint, Word and Excel;
  • Experience in working with Oracle R12 is a plus;
  • Positive attitude and professionalism;
  • Experience in a customer support environment is a plus.
