Your Duties & Responsibilities:
- Database management: updating when new products are launched;
- Customer service: from creating up to invoicing;
- Create and provide reports for service administration;
- Work closely with other departments to ensure data integrity;
- Assist in solving problems as they relate to service data administration;
- Work on ad hoc related projects as needed.

Your Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent through experience;
- Profound experience with service contracts;
- Strong administrative skills with ability to draft reports;
- Ability to interpret contract documents;
- Fluent English, Dutch and French (Spanish or Italian is a plus);
- Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills;
- Deadline oriented;
- Excellent attention to detail;
- Microsoft Office: PowerPoint, Word and Excel;
- Experience in working with Oracle R12 is a plus;
- Positive attitude and professionalism;
- Experience in a customer support environment is a plus.
