Administrative Marketing Assistant (m/f)

Reporting to the Head of Operations, you will be responsible for executing some business-critical tasks in our marketing communications on a daily basis:
  • Administrative follow-up of business leads that originate from lead-generating marketing communication initiatives. Leads can range from newsletter subscriptions up to team training requests that come in through a variety of digital marketing channels (i.e. Google, LinkedIn, Emails …). Once fully trained on how to follow-up such leads, your responsibility will be to convert these leads as fast and as effectively possible, for handover to your sales colleagues.
  • Update our marketing database with contact details of our clients, newsletter opt-ins and active sales leads. You will be responsible for keying-in new records and updating existing records with any new information, within 1 workday, and in general ensure the highest possible quality.

In addition, you will be responsible for collecting marketing performance statistics on a weekly or monthly basis.

Finally, you will be engaged in temporary marketing projects on an as-need basis and depending on both your competencies and ambitions.

  • You have a bachelor’s degree.
  • You have a sales driven marketing profile, with at least 1 year experience in a commercial B2B environment.
  • You are proficient in business English.
  • Your administrative and organizational skills are excellent.
  • Honesty and transparency are important to you.
  • You are an optimistic and pleasant colleague.
