The Process Efficiency Improvement Engineer – On-Market Product Support works under guidance and supervision of the Business Excellence Lead and will intensively work with stakeholders.
- Management of events in the context of On-Market Product support (linked to – be it not exclusively – the Quality Event Management process), i.e.:
- Customer Inquiries
- Complaints
- Discordance reports
- Issues
- Out-of-specs
- Non conformities
- CAPAs
- Management of updates to commercialized products
- Academic level in (process) engineering or equivalent through experience
- More than 5 years of experience in healthcare industry required, preferably in the medical devices and/or IVD industry
- Project Management skills
- ISO 13485 and CFR 820 knowledge
- (Quality) Event Management processes
- Process improvement methodologies
- Hands-on can-do attitude
- Advanced knowledge, oraly and in writing of Dutch and English
- Challenging projects based on your interests and skills
- Personal follow-up and clear, transparent communication both before and after commencement of employment
