R&D Manager Chocolate

Defines the strategic lines of product innovation in the category.

Develops new products in the right time and form improving the competitive advantages.

Guarantees and coordinates new product launching process.

Leads and prioritises product developer team and guarantees that all processes are fully implemented.

Builds internal and external collaboration network in terms of research and product development.

Defines, designs and develops both product recipe and packaging.

Measures, analyses, proposes improvements and implements them through well-defined KPIs.

Leads existing recipe improvement both quality and cost wise (value engineering).

Master in Food Technology, Biology, Chemistry, Engineering or similar degree.

R&D experience in a food company

Experience in Multinational Company

Team management experience

Experience in chocolate research & development

Good skills in MS office

Fluent in Dutch and English

Prepared to travel 25%

Permanent contract of indefinite duration
