Technical writer business intelligence

You’ll provide support to the project team to comply with the software development life cycle (SLDC) during the implementation of a business intelligence (BI) tool such as Qlik or Spotfire and development and testing of related apps

• control of SDLC compliance activities
• create, update and review documents
• manage the associated documents in the document management system
• provide guidance to manage controlled documents (DocSpace)
• Validation related support and execution.
• Test related support and execution activities.
• Write technical procedures and work instructions based on input from related (end-user) departments

• Bachelor or master education
• Experience is not key, we are looking for someone with the right mindset
• IT background is an advantage
• Quality-minded and well organized team player
• Excellent communication skills in English
