- Coordinate the QC tests transfer activities according to SOP procedure between sites in Europe and to other external collaborators
- Act as key contact for all involved parties related to Data work and project execution
- Establish and maintain a strong Governance platform
- Ensure transparency on transfer status regarding Risks, Constraints and their mitigations as well as Timelines, Costs and Spendings
- Request and coordinate the reagents shipments between sites to support the QC tests transfers, and provide support to lean the shipments process, in collaboration with QC and logistics departments
- During the transfer phase, set-up and maintain a database to compile the reagents requests and follow-up the shipments to collaboration sites
- Draft, assign and support the following documents by co-building it with the experts, major stakeholder and if needed decision bodies
- Ensure a close follow-up of the QC activities by providing adequate technical support (responses to questions, documentation & SOPs transfer, SOP explanation / translation / clarification, etc… ), in collaboration with other departments
- Master’s degree in scientific field
- QC method transfer

- Project management skills are an asset

- Fluency in English
