IT Tester/Trainer

• Performs on business side User Acceptance Tests of the Medical Cloud platform (service enhancements, development improvements, bug fixes,) in close collaboration with the IT Validation Lead , product owner and development team
• Accepts the solution after each development sprint and is the key person to decide on the GO/NO GO for each release
• Trains and updates internal and external webmasters on how to create and maintain a Medical Cloud website
• Expands and up-scales existing training materials and methods for everyone using the EMEA platform
• Translates and communicates the IT release notes into comprehensive updates (WIKI online) for business users and webmasters

 

• Excellent knowledge of Content Management Systems (Drupal preferably)
• Webmaster experience in a multi-country environment with Agile sprint cycles is a strong asset
• fluent in adoption and knowledge sharing regarding digital web applications and processes
• Experience with HPALM (or other testing software) is a plus
• Practical knowledge of change management and wiki tools (Jira and Confluence -Atlassian) is a plus
• Excellent communication & training skills, both via online tools (Skype) and face-to-face (class room setup)
• Excellent documentation and demonstration skills. Candidate likes to teach, explain and support.
• Experience to work in a matrix organisation, able to manage a high number of stakeholders and capable to combine the testing and training role
