IT Project Coordinator

Coordinate the IT and Automation system modernization program

• Oversee all aspects of the projects related changes
• Create changes in business system and/or IT system
• Follow up of changes through the companies end to end process
• Organize meetings with necessary stakeholders
• Prepare and write projects related reports
• Keep the companies asset registry up to date

• Bachelor or master degree with at least 2 years work experience
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office products 
• Experience with Trackwise or Remedy is a plus
• Fluent communication skills (spoken and written) in Dutch and English;
• Independent teamplayer with an eye for detail and a heart for administration
