Community & Copy manager – Business services industry

As Community & Copy officer:

  • You manage from A to Z the company social medias with the specificity’s of each ones: creating the visual and publishing them while developing and implementing a social media strategy
  • You manage and interact with the company online community and help it to grow
  • You do competition analysis, follow the market trends and check what’s said on the company online
  • You are responsible for the copy writing of all the sales and marketing action via online and offline supplies (ex: e-mailing, paper mailing, banner, flyer, social medias, mini-sites, articles) but also for more specific communications targets (FAQ’s, letters type, …)
  • You create content for various online supports (website, blog) by writing some attractive and relevant content while respecting the company communication strategy
  • You adapt your communication to your audience and optimize the content you write for search engines
  • You are responsible for traducing some writings in French & Dutch

To be a successful community and copy manager you should:

  • Have 3 years of experience in a similar position
  • Be fluent in French & Dutch. English or German are strong +
  • You know how to manage a company image on social media in order to increase the brand awareness
  • You are creative and have strong communication skills
  • You have a bachelor in communication or related
