For one of our high-tech clients we are looking for an OpEx Deployment Facilitator. You have to implement a lean management system and facilitate the roll-out of this system. Activities include:
- Coaching the change management process of the different stakeholders: team, supervisor and management
- Training of basic lean tools (standard work, visual management, TPM, 5S, Continuous Improvement, …)
- Facilitating workshops to improve current work practices
- Data driven performance management
- Continuous improvement
- Coaching the team to setup and start using these tools
- Coaching on the right use of the tools and ensuring sustainability within the team
- Reporting progress to the stakeholders and project lead
- Master or Bachelor
- Lean green belt certified
- Strong coaching and interpersonal skills. The main focus of the project is change management and therefore successfully coaching the team through this change is crucial.
- Hands on experience with lean management and continuous improvement in a Production environment
- Able to communicate at all levels of the organization, from shop floor to senior management
- Fluent communication skills in Dutch and English
- Challenging projects based on your interests and skills
- Personal follow-up and clear, transparent communication both before and after commencement of employment
- Possibility to follow extra training
