CMC Statistician

• Analyzes and interprets data from various sources
• Compiles reports, charts, and tables based on established statistical methods
• Designs and manages experiments and surveys, and deals with the initial collection of data
• Processes and analyzes the data in context, looking for patterns to help make decisions
• Advises on findings and recommends strategy
• Ensures that complex statistical concepts are explained in a way the client can understand and often advise on strategy
• Provides statistical consultancy in relation with method/process transfer and validation, product homogeneity and stability, process optimization and control
• Rresponsible for designing the experiments, analyzing the data, and writing reports and/or presentations for internal and/or external clients, including Regulatory Authorities
• Develops/gives training packages for end-users

• Degree in statistics – PhD is an asset
• Minimum of 4 years of experience
• 2-4 years of experience as statistician in product development within the pharmaceutical industry is an asset
• Fluency in English and French is mandatory
