Jr Brand Manager – FMCG – Mechelen

As a Junior Brand Manager you have the following responsibilities:

  • You initiate, plan and execute marketing actions in line with strategy
  • You collaborate with the Sales team to strengthen brand-identity at on- and off-trade partners
  • You follow-up on the execution of the marketing plan and make sure it matches the quality standards, respect the deadlines and budgets
  • You collaborate with advertisement and marketing agencies
  • You have a strong interest for the FMCG Beverages sector
  • You monitor the brand performances by analyzing selling data, competitors’ analysis and market trends and come up with recommendations to increase performances

The ideal Junior Brand Manager:

  • You have a Master Degree in Economics or Marketing
  • You have 1 to 3 years of experience in Marketing
  • You are fluent in Dutch and you have a good level of English
  • You are result-oriented
  • You have affinity with the Beverages industry
  • You are well organized, a planner and stress resistant
  • You are a team player
  • You have strong interpersonal and communications skills
  • You are eager to learn, with the ambition to grow within the job and within the organization
  • You are very pragmatic and hands-on
  • You are no 9-to-5 worker
