Finance & Administrative Assistant – Brussels

As a Finance & Administrative Assistant you will be responsible for the following tasks:

  • Help and follow up on internal processes ;
  • Support all administrative procedures ;
  • Handle claims and questions related to expenses ;
  • Manage invoice, credit cards statements and questions related to this ;
  • Prepare relevant policies, compliance requirements and assist the staff ;
  • Prepare documents for awareness of the process and policies ;
  • Assist in other responsibilities and projects.

The requested qualifications for this Finance & Administrative Assistant position include:

  • You have 3 years of professional experience ;
  • You have good communication skills in English, good knowledge of Dutch and/or French is an asset ;
  • You are proficient in MS Office suite ;
