Administrative Assistant in a consulting firm

As an Administrative Assistant you will be responsible for the following tasks:

  • Electronic calendar management;
  • Scheduling meetings (internally and externally);
  • Making travel arrangements;
  • Internal and external telephone contacts;
  • Administrative file preparation and follow-up;
  • Preparation and looking after seminar services;
  • Typing and layout of correspondence, contracts, motions, notifications
  • Translating short documents (Dutch-French-English).
  • Providing high quality general administrative support.

The requested qualifications for this Administrative Assistant position include:

  • You have a Bachelor or Master Degree in Office Management;
  • You have some proven experience in a comparable role;
  • You have an outstanding knowledge of English, French and Dutch;
  • You have an advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint);
  • You have a professional attitude and you are able to liaise with people at all levels;
  • You have strong analytical and organisational skills;
  • You have excellent communication skills;
