As a Finance & Administrative Assistant you will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Help and follow up on internal processes ;
- Support all administrative procedures ;
- Handle claims and questions related to expenses ;
- Manage invoice, credit cards statements and questions related to this ;
- Prepare relevant policies, compliance requirements and assist the staff ;
- Prepare documents for awareness of the process and policies ;
- Assist in other responsibilities and projects.

The requested qualifications for this Finance & Administrative Assistant position include:
- You have 3 years of professional experience ;
- You have good communication skills in English, good knowledge of Dutch and/or French is an asset ;
- You are proficient in MS Office suite ;
