The scope of responsibilities for this position as a Coordinator Embellishment (M/F) includes:

• Management of files (cases):
  • Collect and challenge the need for the Marketing department;
  • Create the standards of conditioning (packaging) and share them with the persons receiving benefits (providers);
  • Initialize the commands (orders) of material with the suppliers;
  • Assist the first productions and check the quality.
• Flow Management:
  • You manage the logistic upstream flows and the downstream of finished products between the deposit and the persons receiving benefits;
  • You avoid delays of supply and delivery;
  • You manage the flows of information inherent to activity.
• Planning (occasionally):
  • You establish the weekly schedule of delivery of finished products;
  • You follow to the everyday life (daily paper) the advance of the deliveries vs. plan;
  • You place the orders of material at the suppliers.
• Projects of improvement of services:
  • You participate in the projects of improvement of the processes/tools of the service;
  • Be strength of proposal on the continuous improvement.

The required qualifications for this position as a Coordinator Embellishment (M/F) are:

• You obtained a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or you are equivalent by experience;
• Work experience is considered a big plus;
• You have an excellent knowledge of Dutch and English;
• You have a good knowledge of MS Office;
• The knowledge of SAP is considered an advantage;
• You will have to be autonomous and accurate;
• You are motivated and flexible;
• You are immediately available.
