- As a Temporary Complaint Handler you support your colleagues from the Quality Department
- You register the complaints in SAP and take the necessary actions to solve to problem
- You are constantly in touch with other internal departments (for example: second level customer support team)
- You handle international complaints
- You have 5 years’ experience within customer service or complaint handling
- You have strong administrative and communicative skills
- You are flexible and adapt quickly to new circumstances
- You are eager to learn
- You like open communication
- You take initiative and are pro-active
- You speak and write fluently in English, other languages are a plus
- Modern and international work environment
- Easy to reach by public transport (next to railway station)
- Flexible working hours (starting between 7:30 – 9:30)
- Position for two months: starting beginning of January until end of February
- Varied tasks and multicultural colleagues
