Temporary Complaint Handler

  • As a Temporary Complaint Handler you support your colleagues from the Quality Department
  • You register the complaints in SAP and take the necessary actions to solve to problem
  • You are constantly in touch with other internal departments (for example: second level customer support team)
  • You handle international complaints
  • You have 5 years’ experience within customer service or complaint handling
  • You have strong administrative and communicative skills
  • You are flexible and adapt quickly to new circumstances
  • You are eager to learn
  • You like open communication
  • You take initiative and are pro-active
  • You speak and write fluently in English, other languages are a plus
  • Modern and international work environment
  • Easy to reach by public transport (next to railway station)
  • Flexible working hours (starting between 7:30 – 9:30)
  • Position for two months: starting beginning of January until end of February
  • Varied tasks and multicultural colleagues
