Marketing Project Coordinator

As a Marketing Project Coordinator, who will be reporting to the EMEA Marketing Manager, you will have the opportunity of having varied tasks:

• Provide support for the EMEA Marketing department.

• Plans meetings and trade shows by identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements; establishing contacts; developing schedules and assignments; coordinating mailing lists.

• Develop marketing communications supporting tools and manages the inventory

• Works with the director of Marketing to help build the brand across the region

• Coordinates marketing communications activities around agreements with partners

• Prepares marketing reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing sales data.

• Researches competitive products by identifying and evaluating product characteristics, market share, pricing, and advertising; maintaining research databases.

• Keeps promotional materials ready by coordinating requirements with graphics department; inventorying stock; placing orders; verifying receipt.

• Serves as primary communication point for internal and external constituents regarding status of projects and resource requirements as appropriate.

• Creates, maintains and monitors all phases of project plan, budget, deliverables, and time frame.

This company is in search for a Marketing Project Coordinator with the following profile:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, Project Management or other related fields.

• A first strong experience in marketing, project management or equivalent experience is required.

• Excellent level of English Skills, other languages are a plus.

• Results driven, dynamic, creative and independent worker, team player and open minded.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

• Strong oral and written communication skills.

• You will be working for an international company with a very dynamic atmosphere.

• Temporary mission of 6 months.
